Information about the Mission
The company is growing rapidly and need now the new service-oriented employees at its headquarters in Stockholm. There you will have an opportunity to be part of building up the customer service department with more dedicated colleagues. You will yourself to have a voice service based on your own interests and creativity, there are also significant development opportunities within the company.
As a customer service representative, you will be part of the company's effort to strengthen the brand and part of the team responsible for first contact with the customer. You will provide customers with good service and first class treatment in connection with the booking service. The goal will be to create customer satisfaction and generate additional sales for incoming calls and other contacts. You will for example to
• Actively work with incoming calls and follow-up of these
• Perform some administrative tasks
• Work with product offerings and customers to book shops all over Sweden
Requirements for personal
• Is the Norwegian or Danish speaking
• Worked with similar tasks before and passion for customer service
• Are students
• Has the ability to form relationships
As a person you primarily service-oriented and have an interest in working in a dynamic environment. You are proactive and curious, like problem solving and have an ability to find creative solutions. You are an experienced computer user and have experience of working with IT support.
