Company Customer Service

We are looking for a client a number of new employees for customer service / inside sales who want to help build an excellent and professional customer service. The company is located in central Stockholm and working with technical products and services. For the company employs approximately 130 people.

As employees in customer service, you will work with the company's order processing, price inquiry, layoffs, contract management, etc. The work involves a lot of mail and telephone contact both internally and externally. Customer service employees are responsible for each customer, professional treatment and that each case is resolved in the best way for the customer.

We are looking for someone who has previously worked as a team and have the habit of putting the customer at the center and enjoy working with the phone as working with clients.

It is important that you enjoy a work environment that is characterized by problem solving, a fast-paced and creative solutions. You must also understand the importance of working in a structured, be very careful and flexible. Your personality will be decisive for the service, so you'll recognize you as soon as search.

Requirements
