Back-office/projektassistent
Information about the Mission
As back-office/projektassistent will you be doing to relieve the department in their daily work and projects.
You will for example to
• write an offer (made in Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• book and carry out negotiations on the flight, hotel, etc.
• work with name reporting and list management of participants
In addition to customer care and administrative tasks, you should actively propose the content of the projects, conduct research and be responsible for deadlines, and options.
Requirements for personal
• have very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• are administratively combined
• thrive in customer contact
It is an advantage if you have experience in tourism and travel industry or has worked with similar tasks before. Do you have previous experience of writing quotes in English and Swedish is seen as a big plus.
As a person you forward and driven and not afraid to cut in. You are quick witted and good at work proactively. You enjoy working in a fast pace while you are very careful in the way you work.
Start: immediately
Coverage: approx. 3 weeks, maybe. longer
