Production Engineer for development department
We are looking for an experienced manufacturing engineer / production engineers in charge of production adjustment of Scanreco pipeline products, as well as participate in the outsourcing of production to our suppliers. Scanreco also has its own production facility in Årsta. In the role of manufacturing engineer, you are an important connecting link between the development department and production. You work closely with our development engineers are involved early in development projects to develop production-related solutions. At the same time, transfer knowledge and experience from production to the development team. You are responsible for the preparation, production documentation, and training of production personnel. The person is also to review existing products and processes and suggest improvements. In connection with changes of products in production, you will be responsible for implementing internal and external.
As a production engineer included you in our creative and positive development team which currently consists of 13 people and you report directly to the development manager. The work is independent and challenging with great opportunities to influence and develop Scanreco products and how products are produced.
Qualifications
We think you are Bachelor of Science in mechanical or electronics with emphasis on production technology. You have several years of work experience within production, preferably in mechanical and electronic production. You are practical and theoretical knowledge of Lean Production or production improvement systems and has previously engaged in outsourcing projects.
We are looking for someone who is innovative and committed. With customer focus keeps you up to date in the production and initiates improvements. You have a good understanding of commercial aspects of production and product development. We assume you are easy to work and have experience of project work. You are used to document your work and have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. An asset is knowledge of any CAD tool.
